PRBuzzer is Providing Cutting Edge, Quality Press Release Services

PRBuzzer is the newest web press release service and promises to add something new to the search engine marketing world. They offer a number of different packages so that you can completely customize how your news reaches the online world.

PRBuzzer is a great way to build links to any site you have, provided it is making moves. If you become a user of the PRBuzzer service, you are guaranteed a permanent business profile on their site through which you can post every single press release you do. This goes a long way towards building a professional online profile and adds some serious backlinks to your structure. Any press release you publish will be on PRBuzzer forever and spread further to other external wire services to ensure its survival even in tumultuous times.

prbuzzerPRBuzzer has also done a lot to create very large and respected twitter accounts and facebook profiles. This type of social push isn’t available with most other press release services and really takes your PR that extra step to get people talking about your business and the news it is making. Some of the packages even include linkbuilding and SEO tactics for the press release itself making sure that even it is an authority on whatever subject you like.

Press release services have come a long way due in big part to the internet.  Instead of submitting a release to a paper or news source and having to pay them to run your news, internet press release services do much more than that.  With a modern press release your story has the opportunity to distribute your information on a much larger scale for much less money, gets spread about various social media and news sites for more exposure, will possibly show up in google news search results, and what’s more is that it builds strong, authoritative backlinks to the company’s page and anything else you want.

PRBuzzer promises to be the best way for you to spend money on a press release and get exposure.  There is no doubt that their services far exceed those of the paper age and its competition in quality online press release services.

Contest - Beta Test Our Upcoming SEO Tool

Hey everybody,

So far we’ve had an amazing response to our tools and I want to thank everybody for all the kind words. While we are still tweaking the tools to make them even better and incorporate some of the functions requested we are simultaneously beginning work on some tools we will be charging for.

We’ve had lots of requests for beta testers and we are very gracious for all the offers! Since we will probably be going into beta in the next month, I’d like to source out five beta testers to play with the tools. These tools will help you build a much stronger backlink profile to improve your search engine rankings using ethical link building methods. This is going to be a paid tool, and as a beta tester you will get the first crack at it for FREE.

Since we’ve had so many requests for beta testing, we’ve decided to select our beta testers via a contest. In order to be eligible, write a brief review of our current free tools on your blog and email us the link where we can find the post. We will announce the five winners on March 31/2009.

Regardless, if you win or not, anybody who writes a review, we will make sure to give you and your website a tweet on twitter to our more than 600 followers.

Happy link building

Getting LinkVoodoo Working With Linux

Nick Wilsdon pointed out that I forgot to make some instructions for Linux and getting it to work with LinkVoodoo.  So luckily it’s fairly easy and as I’ve mentioned before, we tested our program heavily on Ubuntu, Mac OSX, XP and Vista with little problems.

Java Web Start is the software than will run our .jlnp files aka launch.php. This is the file you open when you’re about to run a scan with our backlink analyzer. Java should be installed by default on all of the main linux distributions, but if you don’t see it anywhere you can download it using apt-get;

I currently have both Java 5 and Java 6 installed on my machine and it’s very easy to switch between the two. Java 6 has some nice goodies such as JSR-223 and better jconsole that I like to use.

For Java 5:

sudo apt-get install sun-java5-jre sun-java5-jdk sun-java5-plugin

For Java 6:

sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jre sun-java6-jdk sun-java6-plugin

There are other packages that you might be interested in:

  • sun-java6-demo
  • sun-java6-doc
  • sun-java6-source

Now once you’ve got your Java files nicely updated, or installed, you can then go ahead and grab the Java Web Start files from Java. Remember our .jlnp file comes up as launch.php, and that’s the sucker you have to run to launch the app. You should be able to run it right away, or select open with Java Web Start to kick it off.

If anyone is having problems getting this to work on linux leave your problem in the comments and I’ll do my best to help you out!

Link Voodoo Featured On KillerStartups

killerstartupsWe just got a nice review from the nice folks at Killerstartups and would like to thank them for taking the time to put us up. If anyone would like to vote for us on there it would be appreciated, but only do it if you find the tool useful. If anyone else is trying to get a startup off the ground then I would highly recommend submitting your site and crossing your fingers. You can pay for a quick review, but they seem to get you up in a quick fashion.

Backlink Analyzer Tool Goes Live

Hey everyone! We’ve recently redone the website and added this blog to the mix of sections that have gone livelinkvoodoodoll. Our next great achievement has been launched which is our Backlink Analyzer. Our programmer Kevin Hinton has been working hard on making this tool work without the need of a browser plugin. After a few weeks he managed to get it all layed out and is now ready for public use.

Now I’m asking everyone to use this tool as much as possible and try and break it, critique it and hopefully you’ll blog about it. We’re wanting to get as much input from other users because we will be improving based on your suggestions. The tool currently runs via Java and has been successfully tested on Linux(Ubuntu), Macosx, XP and Vista.

To get started just select the Inlinks bar and input the domain you want to scan the backlinks of. You will automatically have results brought up if the domain has been scanned recently, or it will prompt you to run the tool. You have two choices here, quick run or full run. Quick fun will scan the entire set of backlinks but only report back the unique links, and not any links it finds sitewide. Full run will report all this information including links found sitewide, just like Yahoo’s Site Explorer.

The Backlink Analyzer is in Beta 1.0 and will soon be fixed to sort by Alexa or Google PageRank, so bare with us while we get this feature in. We will be providing reports via .csv for signed up users, as well keeping historical reports for your website. Within the next month we’ll be working hard on bringing out the Pro Version which will include a hanful of amazing features for a VERY reaonable price.

Link Voodoo Beta Rollout

beta We’d like to thank everyone for the support and comments we’ve received so far about the tool. We’ve been hard at work getting the second part to the free beta tool out and ready for the public. Right now the backlink analyzer is 80% finished except we ran into a few problems we’re trying to work around. Some of you might be aware of www.LinkDiagnosis.com which is a superb backlink anylzer but it requires a browser plugin to lighten the load.  We understand why he’s done this and it’s because the server loads on our end have been sky rocketing with just a few users running the application. We’re looking at some options with Java that will bypass the need to install a browser plugin so we’ll see how it goes. For now here is a look at what we’ve got thus far;
